Isabella Horsley

Junior Vocal Convenor

Isabella is a young music teacher from Melbourne’s south-east. As a child, Isabella was heavily involved in the performing arts, competing in dance and singing competitions from a young age. It was at this time that Isabella also began studying the piano under the tutelage of Australian pianist Shirley Radford.

Isabella first began teaching while studying Classical Voice at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music in 2011. Since that time, Isabella has established the Alberta Rose School of Music & Performing Arts offering tuition in piano, voice, drama and dance. Her students range from early childhood through to adults.

Isabella is a strong believer in the benefits of eisteddfods in giving young performers the opportunity to grow in confidence and skill. She is thrilled to be a part of this year’s eisteddfod committee and looks forward to convening the Junior Vocal sections of the Eisteddfod By the Bay.
